Stepping Into Destiny Artists Guild Meeting – June 13, 2026
Black Photojournalism Exhibit Experience at the Amon Carter Museum

Join the Stepping Into Destiny Artists Guild on Saturday, June 13, 2026 (Time to be Announced) for an inspiring afternoon of art, history, storytelling, and creative connection as we gather at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art in Fort Worth.

This month, Guild members and guests will attend and experience the powerful Black Photojournalism exhibition, an impactful showcase highlighting the work and legacy of Black photographers who documented pivotal moments in history, culture, community, and everyday life. Through compelling imagery and visual storytelling, this exhibit offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on artistic expression, historical narratives, and the importance of representation through photography.

As artists and creatives, experiences like these help deepen our perspective, inspire new ideas, and strengthen our appreciation for the role art plays in preserving truth, emotion, and culture.

Held every second Saturday of the month, Stepping Into Destiny Artists Guild meetings are designed to encourage fellowship, creativity, collaboration, and artistic growth within the Fort Worth arts community. Whether you are a painter, photographer, sculptor, digital artist, mixed media artist, or creative visionary, we welcome you to join us for this enriching experience.

Members and guests will have the opportunity to connect, discuss artistic inspiration sparked by the exhibit, share current projects, and learn more about upcoming Guild events, exhibitions, and creative opportunities.
