How to Join — 3 Steps

Submit Your Payment

Choose your tier and pay securely through PayPal. Youth $25 or Adult $40. Both are annual memberships.

Complete Registration

Fill out the member registration form found on the Member Directory page. This sets up your portfolio profile.

Start Your Journey

Welcome! Confirmation email, member card, and resource access arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

How long does my membership last?

Your membership is valid for one full year from the date of payment. You will receive a renewal reminder before it expires.

Can I get a portfolio profile on the website?

Yes! All active members receive a portfolio profile on our Member Portfolios page. Submit your bio, headshot, and artwork images through the registration form after payment.

Are there discounts on classes and workshops?

Adult members receive discounted rates on all Guild-hosted classes and workshops. Discount amounts are listed on each class page.

What if I paid but did not receive my registration form?

Is membership open to artists outside Fort Worth?

Absolutely. We welcome artists from across the DFW Metroplex and beyond. Many events are also available via Zoom.

What is the Youth membership age requirement?

Youth membership is for artists under 18. Youth members enjoy all the same benefits at a reduced rate of $25 per year.
